As we embark on this new stage in the organisation’s development we are looking to recruit a Curriculum Advisor – Social Work Practice Development and Research. We have 0.5 WTE post who will play a vital role in this pioneering organisation bringing their practice wisdom, theoretical rigour and clear thinking to the programme teams to help articulate, design and disseminate our models for child and family social work and leadership. 
 
The posts sit within the highly skilled and multi-disciplinary curriculum team who design the content and teaching approach for of all Frontline’s programmes. The team is focused acutely on promoting outstanding social work practice and leadership through excellent teaching, assessment, feedback and coaching. There is scope to innovate in the approaches to teaching, coaching and assessing social workers and managers in large and small groups in a wide variety of practice settings across the country. The team is collectively responsible for the training and development of over 600 social workers and managers annually, so this role represents a huge opportunity to influence the development of social work practice in England.
